Due to the present situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, the details regarding our Annual Stockholder Meeting, normally held on the last Sunday of August, are pending. There is a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. This will be on the agenda to discuss at the meeting. As soon as the details are finalized, a letter will be sent out to all Stockholders outlining how we will make this meeting happen, or if we will need to postpone it to a later date. There will be no Fall and Christmas Design Show this year.

Monday, September 7th, is Labor Day. Both store locations will be closed.

Please read the attached letter regarding truck deliveries for that week.

AUGUST FLOWER OF THE MONTH – THE GLADIOLA

Gladiola is the August birth flower. It represents strength and moral integrity – not surprising when you consider that its name comes from the Latin word for sword, "gladius." But while its sword-shaped stems may imply Roman gladiators, its romantic flowers are capable of piercing a heart with their beauty – explaining why infatuation is another one of its meanings as well.
